Your responsibilities will include-

We are looking for Financial Advisor to directly support the Chairman. The role already has an existing client bank to service and to ensure clients expectations, needs and goals delivered. The roles’ primary objective is to help clients manage their finances, being their trusted advisor in areas including investments, cash flow, savings, and debt management.

A successful candidate will have prerequisite skills, qualifications such as excellent mathematical and analytic skills as well as the ability to communicate well with their clients. The role also requires a sound knowledge of the different financial tools that can be used by us to manage the client’s portfolios, such as several types of pensions or different tax relief schemes.

There is no pre-requisite for the candidate to bring their own clients, and although new clients are welcome, this will not form part of this role’s primary objectives. The candidate will be supplied with between 150 to 200 clients to service in Dorset, Hampshire, and Berkshire.

The ideal candidate is:

• CII / The PFS Qualified
• Prior experience in the financial services industry
• Able to prioritise and make decisions
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Comfortable interacting with members of the senior leadership team
• A collaborator capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
• Resourceful, can-do attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Already achieved, or working towards chartered status
• Three to five years prior experience in financial planning
