Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular Freight Company, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Sales Agent to join their team.

Shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday day time but occasional flexibility may be required.

What’s involved?

Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager.

• Provide Specialist Knowledge and tailored solutions for holiday breaks
• Demonstrate a full understanding of the company Terms & Conditions
• provide High levels of Customer Service
• Generate proactive ideas to increase revenue
• Assisting the Sales manager in liasing with Hotels to gain great rates and agreements
• recommend promoitional offers proactively
• Review and approve any invoices and refunds
