Our client, a college in Cambridge is currently searching for an experienced Head of dining services to lead the Front of house team and to deliver an excellent customer experience. Working days for this role are Monday – Sunday and hours will vary depending on the rota’s requirements.

What’s involved?

• Proven experience in restaurants, hotels and/or Colleges at a managerial level would be highly desirable
• Previous experience of managing rotas according to demand
• Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills, positive and professional attitude, effective problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
