What’s involved?

• As a Relief Head Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.
• Day time hours – no evenings
• Occasional weekends

You will need:

• An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
• Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Up to date Food Allergen Certificate
• IDDSI knowledge (not essential)
• To have had experience as a chef within a healthcare environment.
