The ideal candidate will have experience working within the residential sector and be comfortable running projects from start to finish.
* Cost control and value management strategies.
* Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements.
* Oversee the commercial aspects of the project.
* Manage cash flow.
* Manage subcontractor payments.
* Provide guidance on contractual issues.
* Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
