Responsibilities for an Workshop Controller

• Ensure efficient workshop operations by scheduling daily activities and monitoring progress to meet key targets.
• Proactively plan for and procure required parts to support workshop repairs, working closely with the Parts Department.
• Ensure we meet the high standards our customers expect, by managing and mentoring workshop staff to deliver industry leading customer service.
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements for Workshop Controller

• A can do attitude
• Full UK licence
• Previous experience in mechanics/diagnostics of vehicles or machinery
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
