Role: Logistics Administrator
Location: Poole, Dorset
Pay: £28,000-30,000pa
Hours: Monday-Friday Days (40 hours pw)

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT

What’s involved?

• Working with logistics partners to ensure a smooth shipping & delivery processes
• Daily KPI reporting
• Dispatching orders & scanning documentation
• Transport planning
• Updating customers regularly being the key point of communication
• Health & safety admin
• Updating reports & important documentation, chasing until complete.
• Key communicator between the warehouse and the head office
• Support with HR investigations
• Onboarding & inductions of new staff
• Taking risk assessments for temporary & permanent staff
• Perform weekly inspections
