In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee technical operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards while leading a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be key in developing and implementing sustainable practices, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

We’re looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in technical operations, quality management, and sustainability within manufacturing. If you have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions, ensuring compliance, and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience in technical leadership, quality assurance, and innovation
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability practices
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, ideally within printing, wallpaper, or fabric
• Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving operational excellence

This role is based in Lancaster but requires regular travel to the Loughborough site as part of your responsibilities.
