Your Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to customers in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Proactively promote and sell parts and service solutions to meet individual customer needs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of attractive merchandise displays.
• Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas for future promotions.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and efficient processing of parts orders.
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-maintained parts inventory and storage area.
• Assist with managing goods inwards and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive brand representation.
