You’ll be the linchpin, ensuring every action aligns with the Framework and, more importantly, the best interests of the children you serve.

- Stand tall as a guardian, safeguarding and championing the welfare of children and young people.
- Be the keeper of crucial information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Be a compelling storyteller, preparing and presenting impactful reports for court and other crucial meetings.
- Be their voice, representing the Local Authority with professionalism and passion in court proceedings, when required.
- Be a team player, actively participating in team meetings, supervision, and training, continuously growing and sharing your expertise.
- Be an innovator, contributing your insights to the development of services and championing best practice.
- Be adaptable, providing support across Thatcham, Newbury, Farnborough, and other areas within West Berkshire.
