• Building strong and meaningful connections with the little ones, their parents, and your fantastic colleagues.

• You hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent qualification – your knowledge is key!
• You have experience as a Nursery Nurse, confidently working with children across a range of ages.

• You’re a natural communicator, building bridges with children, parents, and your team.
