Location: Shaftesbury, Dorset
Rate of Pay: £13.73ph inclusive of holiday pay

This is a Temp to Perm role – Based in GILLINGHAM, DORSET only.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a well-known cosmetics brand, who are looking for a Receptionist to join their busy team ad the first point of contact at their site in Shaftesbury, Dorset.

What’s involved?

• Confidentially – being discreet about information.
• Being the first point of contact for all visitors.
• Administration tasks
• Maintaining HR systems
• Writing meeting notes
• Use of all Microsoft Office packages
• Answering all phone calls & email, resolving queries
• Ensure all induction procedures are completed (visitor badges, signing in & out, emergency evacuation protocols)
• Manage meeting room bookings , leadership lunches, stationary & locker keys
• Creating monthly newsletters, keeping all training records up to date.
• Assist with organising and coordinating travel arrangements & company events.
