Your Contribution as a Parts Advisor:
As our Parts Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our parts department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inventory: Efficiently receiving, checking, and storing incoming parts and supplies, ensuring our stock is always organised and accessible. You’ll also conduct bi-annual inventory counts and maintain accurate records on our dealer management system.
- Supporting Our Workshop: Providing prompt and efficient service to our team of workshop technicians, coordinating closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager on parts availability and any related issues.
- Customer Service & Sales: Offering top-notch customer support in person and over the phone, advising on and selling spare parts and accessories to both retail customers and internal staff. You’ll also be responsible for merchandising new products and processing returns.
- Order & Replenishment: Processing incoming requisitions, issuing parts for internal use, and preparing orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Quality Control: Examining returned parts for defects and processing exchanges or refunds as authorised.
