Responsibilities for an Sales Assistant
- Safely collect and deliver products to a variety of customers.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers and suppliers, both in person and over the phone.
- Represent and promote the company and its products in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis, resolving queries and building rapport.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identify and approach potential new trade customers and stockists to expand our network.
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed to ensure timely order fulfilment and meet operational demands.
Requirements for an Sales Assistant
Full UK licence
- Able to work alone and on your own initiative
- Experience in automotive trade
- Previous sales experience is an essential part of the role
- Full UK licence
- Great communication skills
- Can do attitude
