Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the hire desk, ensuring your team provides excellent service and looks after customers.
• Collaborating closely with the service team to guarantee machinery is available and ready for hire.
• Liaising with customers to smoothly organise off-hires and equipment collections.
• Consistently providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Working with the senior leadership team to create successful strategies that drive continued business growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Hire Desk Manager or a senior Hire Controller in the plant or agriculture machinery hire sectors.
• Previous experience managing a team of Controller professionals is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing key customer accounts.
• Your ability to ensure smooth operations, much like a Workshop Controller.
