The role:
As a Class 2 Truck Driver in Saint Ives, Cambridgeshire, you’ll play an important part in the delivery and collection service:
- Driving responsibly and safely in line with road laws and regulations
- Delivering and collecting hire equipment while providing excellent customer service
- Using a company smartphone to record deliveries, collections, and vehicle checks
- Supporting the team with loading, unloading, and ensuring safe handling of goods
- Representing the business in a professional, approachable manner every day
What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to hear from both experienced and newly qualified HGV drivers who hold:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Awareness of manual handling practices and safe loading procedures
