Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing an established portfolio of clients, handling their equipment sales and service plans.
• Building strong relationships across key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identifying and targeting new areas where business can be generated.
• Providing exceptional Customer Support at all times.
• Working towards agreed targets with the service manager.
• Managing contract renewals and negotiating service plans as a key Service Advisor.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a service and/or sales role within the forklift, plant, or construction machinery sectors (or similar).
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• A track record of excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving license.
