We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee the complete warranty lifecycle within our client’s operations in Grays. You will be critical to the financial health and efficiency of the business, ensuring compliance and maximizing claim recovery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the end-to-end warranty process, managing the accurate submission of all claims.
Ensuring strict compliance with all manufacturer and internal warranty policies.
Acting as a key point of contact, maintaining positive relationships with both dealers and manufacturers.
Managing and mentoring a team, driving performance and procedural consistency.
Analysing warranty data to find the root causes of issues and implementing improvements to reduce future claims.
Ensuring claims are processed correctly and paid on time, protecting the bottom line.
To succeed in this Manager role, you must bring proven experience and leadership:
Demonstrable previous manager experience within a vehicle or commercial background.
Extensive experience working within the warranty claims process.
The ability and drive to lead a new business with brand new staff in Grays.
