Key Responsibilities:
As Manufacturing Manager, you’ll oversee daily workshop operations and ensure production runs smoothly from concept to completion.

• Oversee workflow across CNC, assembly, finishing, and dispatch
• Manage production schedules in line with project timelines and install dates
• Implement efficient systems for job tracking, quality control, and process improvement
• Lead and motivate a team of 15-30 skilled staff, including supervisors, joiners, and CNC operators
• Ensure machinery uptime, quality standards, and H&S compliance are consistently met
• Liaise with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Monitor production costs, efficiency, and waste, providing strategic input for future growth
