We’re recruiting a Mobile Plant Fitter to join a well-established operation covering Surrey. This is a field-based role offering strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with a varied fleet of modern plant machinery while enjoying the flexibility that comes with mobile work.

£40,000 – £45,000 basic salary

As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and repairing plant equipment across the Surrey area, including:
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of plant machinery
Working on equipment such as telehandlers, forklifts, excavators, dumpers, and rollers
Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out efficient repairs
Ensuring machinery is safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance
We’re looking for someone practical and experienced who can hit the ground running:
Proven experience working in the field as a plant or mechanical fitter
Strong fault-finding and repair skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A professional, reliable approach to mobile work
