We’re recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for a busy and professional site based in Gillingham, Dorset. This is a short-term temporary role to cover sickness.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers

• Managing reception duties with a professional and discreet approach

• Handling general administration and maintaining HR systems

• Answering phone calls and emails, resolving queries efficiently

• Managing meeting room bookings, visitor sign-ins, and induction procedures

• Supporting internal communications, newsletters, and training records

• Assisting with travel arrangements and company events

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Temporary Receptionist, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office packages

• A professional, discreet, and approachable manner

• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
