Key Responsibilities:
As our Hire Desk Controller, you’ll manage all aspects of daily hire desk operations, including:

• Coordinating equipment availability, allocation, and scheduling

• Maintaining accurate records of hire agreements, returns, and extensions

• Monitoring equipment utilisation and reporting on hire performance

• Liaising with clients, site managers, and transport teams for timely deliveries

• Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company hire policies

• Processing invoices, payments, and hire documentation

• Resolving client queries or disputes regarding hire services

• Tracking maintenance schedules and coordinating equipment servicing

• Supporting sales and operations teams with hire availability insights

What we’re looking for:
