Machine Operative – Holton Heath, Poole – £14.57ph inclusive of holiday pay
Monday to Friday role with no weekend working – Evening Shifts

We’re recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a growing business based in Holton Heath, Poole. This permanent role offers a hands-on position within a small, friendly team, ideal for someone with previous production or machinery experience who enjoys detailed, practical work.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading machinery

• Setting up and operating machines to specification

• Completing quality checks and measuring products accurately

• Working from drawings and following detailed instructions

• Packing finished products efficiently and correctly

• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What we’re looking for:
To be successful as a Machine Operative, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a production or machine operating role

• Excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity

• The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

• Confidence using computers and basic PC skills
