We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner in Poole, Dorset to join an office-based team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of supplier fulfilment processes, ensuring smooth operations and accurate forecasting across product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the fulfilment process for your allocated supplier category

• Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Track supplier acknowledgements and resolve any issues quickly

• Monitor purchase orders and expedite deliveries when required

• Analyse supply chain data to forecast future demand and maintain inventory levels

• Maintain accurate supplier and product information across company systems

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments

• Confidence working with multiple suppliers and managing purchase orders

• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills

• Experience using ERP systems and databases
