Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Plan engaging activities that support children’s development
• Observe progress and support learning through play and routine
• Provide personal care with empathy and attention
• Follow the curriculum and support daily learning opportunities
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Deliver high standards of care within a nurturing childcare environment

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll need:

• A Level 3 qualification in early years
• Experience working across age groups in early years settings
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable)
• A genuine passion for childcare and child development
