Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading your room and supporting high standards of Childcare:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children
• Lead, support and supervise your team on a daily basis
• Identify opportunities to enhance learning environments and teaching approaches
• Ensure inclusive practices to meet individual needs within your room
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• Carry out team appraisals and contribute to staff development
• Work closely with management and other room leaders to ensure smooth nursery operations

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Nursery Room Leader in Blandford Forum, you’ll need:

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
• Previous experience in an Early Years Educator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
• A collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality childcare
