Key Responsibilities:
In this Digital Marketing Executive role, you’ll take ownership of performance and campaign delivery:

• Manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across PPC, paid social, display, affiliate and referral channels
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance against CPA, ROAS and revenue targets
• Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities
• Work closely with agencies and internal teams to implement improvements and testing plans
• Lead on paid media creative, using insights to refine messaging and formats
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to share insights and improve performance

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in a performance environment:

• 2-3+ years’ experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing
• Experience as a Paid Social Specialist or Social Media Executive would be highly beneficial
• Hands-on experience with paid search and/or paid social campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Experience working with agencies or external partners
• A proactive, detail-focused and commercially aware mindset
• A collaborative approach with a passion for testing and learning
