Credit Controller – Up to £35,000 – Poole
Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract | Office-Based

We’re recruiting a Credit Controller to join the finance team at a well-established and growing business in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and act as the main point of contact
• Monitor outstanding balances and collect payments effectively
• Resolve invoice and payment queries in a timely manner
• Carry out account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Review credit limits, terms, and customer risk
• Produce statements, reminders, and overdue communications
• Work with customer portals and EDI systems
• Generate weekly and ad hoc reports on account status
• Support month-end processes including consolidated invoicing
• This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work closely with both finance and commercial teams.
