We’re recruiting a Freight Sales Executive to join a well-established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo, and global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key customer relationships
Identify and win new business opportunities
Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo and OOG shipments
Work closely with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycle
This is a commercial, client-facing role where your industry knowledge will directly impact revenue growth.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in RoRo freight forwarding (essential)
Strong background in sales and account management
Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
Solid understanding of import/export and shipping processes
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Commercially driven with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
