Key Responsibilities:
This Late Shift Sales Executive role will involve building new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales function through a mix of Telesales activity and administration duties.
* Generate new business leads through outbound calls, research, and email outreach
* Contact restaurants, cafés, retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice businesses
* Promote company products and services to prospective customers
* Support the sales team with customer follow-up and administration
* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
* Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team
* Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and customer communications
* Assist with order processing and account management
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
* Work the late shift pattern of 15:00 – 23:00

* Previous experience in Telesales, sales support, customer service, or Sales Administrator roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Self-motivated and organised approach to work
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence required
* Food industry knowledge would be advantageous
