Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out painting, decorating and minor plastering works as a skilled painter & decorator
• Complete carpentry repairs and basic plumbing tasks
• Support furniture movement, assembly, and installations
• Perform daily water checks and flushing activities
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Carry out planned and reactive General maintenance tasks
• Work flexibly across trades within a multi-skilled environment
• Accurately record completed work and maintenance updates
• Maintain safe and clean working areas at all times
• Support and oversee subcontractors when required
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a refurbishment or multi-skilled maintenance role
• Strong experience as a painter & decorator
• Good all-round handyman and maintenance knowledge
• Experience carrying out general maintenance works
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Good communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
