We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a well-established facilities management contract across Northampton. Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring health and safety standards are achieved and maintained across the contract
- Managing profitability through effective understanding and control of the contract P&L
- Delivering operational services in line with agreed procedures and contractual requirements
- Driving service improvements, efficiencies and innovation across the operation
- Leading contract performance and ensuring all obligations are met
- Challenging existing processes and implementing positive change where required
- Managing service delivery across a portfolio supporting local schools
What we’re looking for
To be successful as an Account Manager, you should have:
- Experience working within a PFI environment or against key SLA-driven contracts
- Strong experience meeting contractual obligations and performance targets
- Extensive people management experience
- Proven experience managing contract performance and operational delivery
- A strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- The ability to make decisions and take accountability within a senior operational role
- Excellent leadership skills with the credibility to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within facilities management, ideally supporting schools
- Knowledge of PFI contracts would be highly advantageous
