We’re recruiting for a Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join a well-established business covering Essex. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied mobile role with weekday hours, excellent earning potential and long-term stability.

As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer covering Essex, you’ll travel to customer sites carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of powered access equipment. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own day and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on powered access equipment at customer sites
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
* Complete LOLER inspections and preventative maintenance where qualified
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Provide excellent customer service while working independently
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
* Support additional duties where required

What we’re looking for:

* Experience working as a Powered Access Engineer, Plant Engineer or Mobile Service Engineer
* Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills
* Experience working on powered access equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts or cherry pickers
* IPAF CAP qualification is advantageous but not essential
* LOLER inspection experience is beneficial
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional and reliable approach
