RoRo Freight Sales Executive – £35,000 + Bonus – Southampton, Hampshire (Hybrid)

We’re recruiting a RoRo Freight Sales Executive to join a well-established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo & global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & develop key customer relationships
• Identify & win new business opportunities
• Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo & Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments
• Work closely with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
• Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycle

This is a commercial, client-facing role where your industry knowledge will directly impact revenue growth.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in RoRo freight forwarding (essential)
• Strong background in sales & account management
• Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
• Solid understanding of import/export & shipping processes
• Ideally need to currently manage your own customer accounts
• Operational freight forwarding experience is highly desirable.
