The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring every interaction is handled professionally & efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound & outbound customer calls
• Handling customer enquiries, resolving issues & escalating where required
• Managing complaints through to resolution
• Updating customer records accurately using the CRM system
• Chasing orders, deliveries, returns & proof of delivery requests
• Building strong relationships through proactive account management
• Working closely with Purchasing & internal departments to provide customer updates
• Using internal systems to monitor orders & provide meaningful information to customers
• Identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction & revenue
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions

What we’re looking for

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
• Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
• Strong administration & organisational skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Confident IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers & colleagues
• Great attention to detail & the ability to manage multiple tasks
