Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – £15.00ph | 40 Hours Per Week
Around 1 month’s work across the South Coast & South West

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support a busy student accommodation cleaning operation across the South Coast & South West. This is a temporary position for approximately one month, offering 40 hours per week across several sites.

You’ll be travelling between Southampton, Bristol, Brighton, Bath & Exeter, supervising cleaning teams & helping to ensure each site is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

As the Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll oversee cleaning operations across multiple student accommodation sites, including:

• Supervisising & supporting cleaning teams on site
• Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently maintained
• Checking completed rooms & communal areas
• Helping organise workloads & priorities
• Supporting teams during busy turnaround periods
• Travelling between sites as required
• Reporting any issues or additional requirements
• Ensuring work is completed safely & within agreed timescales

• Southampton – Hamwic Hall, Cook Street, SO14 1YA
• Bristol – Dean Street Works, 13-19 Dean Street, St. Pauls, BS2 8SF
• Brighton – Hollingbury House, 54 Hollingdean Road, BN2 4AA
• Bath – Hollif Wharf, Lower Bristol Road, Twerton, BA2 1FH
• Exeter – The Printworks, Western Way, EX1 2ZT

The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor will need to be comfortable travelling throughout the South Coast & South West, so the ability to travel between all listed locations is essential.

What we’re looking for

• Previous cleaning supervisory experience
• Student accommodation cleaning experience would be highly desirable
• Experience managing or supporting cleaning teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organised & confident working independently
• Comfortable travelling between multiple locations
• Available for approximately one month
