We’re looking for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to support customers and technicians with parts enquiries, orders and general showroom queries. Experience with agricultural, horticultural, automotive or machinery parts would be beneficial, but strong experience in stores, stock management or customer-facing roles will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of an established team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Handling parts enquiries from customers and technicians
• Serving customers face to face and over the telephone
• Processing and dispatching customer orders
• Supporting stock management and general stores duties
• Keeping parts and stock organised and accurate
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting the showroom and wider team during busy periods

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience in a parts, stores, stock or customer-facing environment, with the confidence to deal with a wide range of enquiries.

• Experience in parts, stores, stock management or retail
• Agricultural, horticultural, automotive or machinery parts knowledge is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good computer, email and internet skills
• Accurate with numbers, payments and stock
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised, reliable and able to use your own initiative
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• A genuine interest in sales and customer service
