Key Responsibilities

You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive by:

• Planning fun, play-based activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Supporting personal care and encouraging independence
• Tracking children’s progress through observations and learning records
• Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
• Building positive relationships with parents and colleagues

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 EYFS qualification
• Experience working with children aged 2-5 in an early years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring approach and commitment to safeguarding
