Key Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play an important role in ensuring workshop technicians and customers receive the correct parts efficiently.

• Identify and supply the correct parts for commercial vehicles

• Assist customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries

• Process parts orders, deliveries and stock movements

• Maintain accurate stock records and help manage inventory

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the parts department

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to hear from candidates with experience in parts, automotive or commercial vehicle environments.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist or similar

• Commercial vehicle or automotive industry experience is preferred

• Service Advisor experience will also be considered

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
