Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Key stage 2)

Salary / Rate of pay: £80 – £100 Daily
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with, a thriving primary school in Croydon, who is seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Key stage 2 team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Holds a relevant qualification or experience in SEN support, such as TA qualification, SEND training, or relevant experience working with children with specific needs.
- Has a passion for working with children with SEN and a commitment to inclusivity.
- Nurture individual needs: Understand and respond to specific learning styles, sensory processing challenges, or social-emotional needs.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Is patient, adaptable, and resourceful, able to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
- A proven track record of success in engaging and motivating young children.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, readily embracing new situations and challenges.
- A passion for learning, creativity, and play, with a commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment.
