Responsibilities for an Administrator

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
• Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard efficiently
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
• Assist with the preparation of sales quotations, and issue invoices and delivery documentation
• Support collaboration between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements for an Administrator

• Experience in automotive trade
• Previous sales experience is an essential part of the role
• Full UK licence
• Great communication skills
• Can do attitude
