Our client, a school in Norwich is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Chef Manager to work in their kitchen. As the Chef Manager, you will be running a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients and be responsible for the smooth running of the lunch service. Working days for this role are Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 14:30, 35 hours a week.

What’s involved?

• Previous Chef Manager experience ideally in the school setting
• Proven track record in a high volume, quality school catering establishment
• Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
• The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
