Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of customer relationships and help drive business growth through proactive communication and account management:

• Build strong relationships with customers and manage sales accounts

• Research and contact new business leads, and re-engage dormant clients

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Office systems

• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams

• Maintain accurate CRM records and plan customer visits

• Stay up to date with product information and competitor activity

• Provide flexible support across day-to-day sales operations
