Care Assistant – Manchester
Pay: £13+ per hour (including holiday pay)
Hours: Flexible, ad hoc agency shifts – days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins available

Platinum Recruitment is working with a trusted care provider in Manchester to recruit caring and reliable Care Assistants for flexible agency work. • Support with personal care and daily living tasks
• Encourage independence and uphold dignity
• Assist with meals, activities, and social inclusion
• Monitor wellbeing and report any changes
• Work collaboratively with care teams

What we’re looking for:

• Caring, reliable, and empathetic individuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – training is available
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
