Cleaner Supervisor│ Falmer, Brighton – NIGHT SHIFT

A Basic DBS is essential for this role! We’re looking for a reliable Cleaner Supervisor to help train & develop a growing team in Falmer, Brighton. This role offers full time hours on a night shift, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while still enjoying steady, weekly income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Cleaners, alongside the line manager

• Training & deveoloping the teams skillset

• Giving feedback on performance

• Managing attendance

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping

• Carrying out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks

• Reporting deficiencies or repairs as required

• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms

What we’re looking for:

• A Basic DBS (essential)

• A keen eye for detail and pride in your work

• Reliability and a positive attitude

• Previous Supervisor experience
