Salary: £13.68ph inclusive of holiday pay

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY OR TEAM LEADER EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING/ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

Platinum Recruitment is proud to be working with a facilities services company who are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of 10-15 operatives within student accommodation.

What’s involved?

• Monitoring cleaning schedules and timings for each room to ensure efficiency
• Conducting spot checks on completed rooms and reporting any issues (e.g., missing linen, damage)
• Coordinating staff responsible for:
• Room Cleaning: Bedrooms, ensuites, and common areas
• Waste Clearance: Collecting and removing rubbish to designated points
• Linen Management: Preparing linen in the store for the laundry service
• Supporting operatives with queries and providing guidance where required
