They are looking for an experienced CNC Grinder to join their growing team and play a key role in producing high-quality parts to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As a CNC Grinder, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce precision components:

• Set up and operate CNC grinders (cylindrical, surface, tool & cutter)

• Load, align, and secure parts to ensure precision

• Adjust machine settings to meet exact specifications

• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM

• Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines

• Follow safety procedures and ISO compliance

What we’re looking for:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need hands-on CNC grinding experience and strong attention to detail:

• Proven experience as a CNC Grinder or in a similar machining role

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints & GD&T symbols

• Experience using precision measuring instruments

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bonus: CNC programming experience (G-code)
