Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within the retail industry and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

General Day-to-Day Duties

Notification emails to customers for service visits

  • Monitoring of incoming emails to service ibox
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Escalation as necessary
  • Review of returned replenishment/installation/collection service notes
  • Action as required
  • Escalation as necessary
  • Install Information Cases (including RAMS)
  • Remove this workload from the support team, freeing them up
  • Liaise with customer/account manager to confirm outstanding information
  • Update Matt/Josh with information

Liaise with the support team

  • Assist the support team with general queries regarding servicing
  • Work with the support team to help resolve customer service issues pertaining to operations
  • UK Operations Team Case Queue
  • Support in monitoring incoming Operations cases and actionEscalation as necessary
  • Operations Analytics
  • Assisting with planned and ad-hoc analyticsLarge national account reports (Tapi)Install/Service/Collection Reports
