We’re partnering with a respected home care provider in South Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, who are seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide essential support to clients in their own homes. If you’re passionate about delivering person-centred care and have a driving licence, we want to hear from you!

Hourly Rate – £11.90 ph + 0.35p mileage

What’s involved?

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you’ll provide vital support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with medication administration (MAR charts).
• Performing light housekeeping duties.
• Preparing meals and assisting with shopping.
• Following individual care plans and adapting to changing needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records (log notes, clocking in/out).
• Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Reporting any concerns to your team leader.

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential:
• A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
• A Care Certificate, Nurse Aid Qualification, Level 1 Community Health qualification, or other relevant health and social care qualification.
• Strong English language skills.
• First aid qualification

Desirable:

• Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for care.
• Observant and a cheerful, positive attitude.
• The ability to follow direction.
