Temporary Exam Invigilators – Keighley – May to July 2025

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual with experience in exam invigilation?

Our client is seeking experienced Exam Invigilators to join their team in Keighley for the busy exam period between May and July 2025. Full and part-time hours are available.

About the Role:

As an Exam Invigilator, in Keighley you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair running of examinations. You will be responsible for maintaining a calm and secure environment, adhering to strict exam regulations, and providing support to candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising candidates during examinations, ensuring adherence to JCQ regulations.
• Maintaining a quiet and orderly examination environment.
• Distributing and collecting exam papers.
• Checking candidate identification.
• Reporting any irregularities or breaches of exam regulations.
• Providing clear instructions and guidance to candidates.
• Being vigilant and observant throughout the examinations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Exam Invigilator.
• A thorough understanding of exam procedures and regulations.
• Ideally, candidates will have completed training in line with JCQ standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including mornings, afternoons, and potentially evenings.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service.
